  • We will not add unnecessary stress to your life

    • We want to make this as easy as possible for all

    • Elective teachers, office staff and administration have divided up the student body and will be making weekly contact at a minimum so that each family has 1 point of contact for things like meals, technical difficulties or other kinds of unforeseen issues.

  • We have worked with the online process for several years

        • Do not bring the finished packets back.  Take a picture of the finished work and email it to your teacher.

  • Grading Policy

    • We do not want to fail anyone.  That said, we are mandated to continue working and give grades.   We plan to be very understanding and cooperative, but we will need students to work.

    • If your student is failing, you will be communicated with via email or phone.  If you are not sure if we have your email or correct number, please contact us.

  • Food

  • Graduation

    • We are not cancelling YET.

      • If the CDC, Federal, State and Local governments provide guidelines in a month or so that would allow us to hold a ceremony in some format we will do that.

      • If we have to cancel or postpone, it will be the last resort.

      • Any and all options are on the table that allow us to have a graduation ceremony but those will be discussed at a later time.

  • Transcripts/Scholarships for SENIORS

    • Please check the website and facebook page frequently for updates

    • If you need a transcript email Ms. Wilson at swilson@npsok.org.  I think many of you have her cell number as well.

    • We have no control over most of these scholarship deadlines.  Please get them turned in as they come due.

  • Activities/Athletics/Agriculture

    • All activities, events, shows and banquets are cancelled.

      • If the guidelines change, I am sure the various groups will do what they can for banquets.  We will inform you if anything changes.

      • The weightroom, fields, gym and any other school facility is not to be used based on guidelines from the State Department of Education.

      • Mr.  Harrington certainly has the clearance to take care of any living plants or animals that our students may be working with.

  • We are attending every webinar

    • The Oklahoma State Department of Education has frequent webinars.  Mr. Tanner as well as other administration watches each webinar. As we are made aware of new guidelines, we will communicate them to  you.
