Payment of Meals:

Parents/guardians are encouraged to deposit money in advance and on a regular basis on their child’s lunch account.  Parents can do this by going to Gradebook (available 24 hours a day/7 days a week) and making a secure online payment or by sending in a check with your child.  Payments in gradebook will post immediately.  Payment by check will post as soon as the Child Nutrition Department receives payment.  It is encouraged to keep a positive balance on your child’s account.   Any account that goes into a negative balance will need payment immediately.  As a convenience to our parents, your child lunch balance is available in Gradebook 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  Just log in!

Lunch statements will be sent home on a monthly basis.  It is encouraged to keep the balance of your child’s lunch account over $10.00.  Alternative meal arrangements may be made in the event of excessive charges or non-payment.

No charges are allowed during the last four weeks of the school year.

Adults are never allowed to charge meals

Students may bring a lunch from home.  Please notify the office and your child’s teacher if your child has any type of food allergies.  Students who are lactose intolerant may request a USDA approved milk substitute if they provide documentation from their health care provided that they are unable to consume regular milk.

At any time throughout the school year, you can apply for free/reduced price meals.  Just log into Gradebook and the Student Records Portal.  If you need a paper copy, please contact your school.
