At the Middle School, Mrs. Mitts’ February lessons focused on kindness, respectful communication, and self-love. One of our activities was to write a positive note to a peer or staff member - it was so cool to see all these positive messages in one place!
For March, students will be learning about self-awareness and social-awareness. This comes at a perfect time for us to focus on one another’s strengths and learning respect for those who are different than us, as March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness month!
