Congratulations to members of the MS Band and Beginning Band for a job well done at the MEOBDA Honors Band at Wagoner HS. 15 of our 22 members joined over 350 students from bands around Green Counrty in a day of rehearsal/clinic and then performed together a concert that evening. It was a day filled with fun and music.

At the Middle School, Mrs. Mitts’ February lessons focused on kindness, respectful communication, and self-love. One of our activities was to write a positive note to a peer or staff member - it was so cool to see all these positive messages in one place! For March, students will be learning about self-awareness and social-awareness. This comes at a perfect time for us to focus on one another’s strengths and learning respect for those who are different than us, as March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness month!
