Nowata Public Schools COVID Athletic/Event Plan • Temperatures will be taken upon entry o You will be given an opportunity to take you temperature more than once  Temperatures at or above 100 will not be allowed in. • Gate Workers/Concession workers o Gloves and Masks will be worn  Masks may not be worn if heat is extreme or other safety measures are in place • Access to players o Parents and media will be asked to wait until coaches release players to approach  Please social distance yourselves • Large parent/player gatherings after games will not be allowed until COVID safety advancements are available • Fans o Masks are mandatory • Participant safety o We will enlarge bench areas and dugouts when possible o Equipment, locker rooms, dugouts and other such things related to the event will be sanitized regularly.  As an example, dugouts will be sanitized after each game • Media o Media will be asked to maintain social distancing  This will likely mean limited or no sideline access • Coach or player interviews will be conducted with social distancing regulations We respectfully ask for your help in the fight against COVID by taking personal responsibility for yourself.
